Now, the walking part. Actually, I still have no clue whether my walking technique is correct or not, just that the physiologist said that when I walk, I'm not supposed to just flop my knees but bend them properly with control.

Aiya simple la... wear heels la! Heels- they make women's butts look smaller and tighter, give shape to calf muscles and now, they don't make us walk with flopping knees! Oh, plus, they add height to petite Asians. Okay the last part not for me, but yeah i'm pretty supportive of wearing heels anyway.
I ended the day with a sports massage given by a lady with name starting with the alphabet 'S'. Err.. Serene?Sarah? Shucks I don't remember. Hahah I only remembered her telling me that it's such a simple name and i just replied with a 'heh heh'. Oh yah she also told me to lay a thick towel on the floor and lie there for 15 mins to correct my posture because apparently my left shoulder's higher than my right. I reckon it's probably due to curling up when I sleep. I always had that habit since young and since i'm much 'longer' than my big bloster now, I tend to curl more to fully hug it. Hai what to do? I'm too young to get married and hug a man so for now, i'll just have to lie on the floor.
